Even with due care, there are risks associated with participation in physical activities. I release, waive, and discharge from ALL liability in event of accident/disease/illness/injury/natural disaster/missing personal items/death: House of Dragons owners, employees, instructors, and other participants. HOD is only responsible for my child during their scheduled class.

I grant HOD permission to use images, photos, and videos of my child for marketing purposes, including social media.
